The scenery of Mardi Trek changes every day. You walk through green forests filled with rhododendron and oak trees. Then, the trail climbs higher to open ridges where you get to see the wide mountain views.
Along the way, you can see famous peaks like Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Mardi Himal, and Gangapurna. As this trail is less crowded than many other treks in the Annapurna region, you can enjoy more peace and quiet.

Mardi Himal Trek 4 Days Route Map
Your Mardi Himal Trek 4 Days begins in Pokhara. Pokhara is the gateway to the Annapurna region. From here, you take a scenic drive of about 2 hours to Pitam Deurali (2,150 m). The trail then takes you through peaceful rhododendron and oak forests before reaching Forest Camp (2,600 m) for your first overnight stay.
You then continue climbing from Forest Camp to High Camp (3,550 m). As you go higher the dense forests gradually give way to open ridges. It offers you the spectacular views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Mardi Himal. You spend the night at High Camp to prepare for the highest point of the trek.
The third day is the highlight of the journey.
Before sunrise, you hike to Mardi Himal Viewpoint (4,200 m) . Then you continue to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500 m) if weather and trail conditions are good. After enjoying breathtaking Himalayan views, you return along the same route to High Camp. This will be your final night in the mountains.
On the last day, you descend from High Camp to Siding Village (2,100 m) through forests and traditional villages.
From Siding, you take a 3-hour drive back to Pokhara and then back home full of memories.
