Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu:
As soon as you disembark in Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu, you will be received by the representative from Himalayan Spirit Adventure Trek and Expeditions. About half an hour drive through the bustling streets of Kathmandu will convey you to the hotel. A brief explanation of the itinerary package will be followed by the welcome dinner which will be served in your honor.

Day 02: Drive to Dolakha:
Pleasant drive begins from the northeast corner of Kathmandu and will proceed through Friendship Highway. This Highway is a link between Lhasa and Kathmandu. We will leave the Highway at Lamosangu and follow off- the- beaten track that unfolds towards Jiri. We will stay overnight at Dolakha.

Day 03: Trek to Shingati Bazaar (950m):
The sensational trekking experience begins on the third day. Casual walk of about 4hours will take us to the busy Shingati Bazaar where we will find the lodge to stay overnight.

Day 04: Trek to Jagat (1150m):
Gentle walk through the easy trail will take us to Suri Dovan. Stopping for lunch at Suri Dovan, we will walk along the river and pass through meadow to arrive at jungle. We will pass through forest of blooming rhododendron and other alpine flowers which will take us to river. Crossing the suspension bridge over river, we will make it to Jagat.

Day 05: Trek to Simigaon (1990m):
The trek on 5th day begins by following the trail that stretches through the plain land for couple of hours. The path then stretches upward before lowering down to the forest. Continuing further down, we will arrive at the bank of river. We need to cross the river and choose the upward trail to arrive at beautiful Sherpa village of Simigaon.

Day 06: Trek to Kharka (2900m):
We will move through settlements at Simigaon village and arrive at the ridge that reveals the magnificent views of Gaurishankar Mountain which looms above the Rolwaling Valley. Trekking on 6th day will take us to Rolwaling Valley through the trail that continues along Rolwaling River.

Day 07: Trek to Beding (3690m):
We will take the raising path that passes through the verdant woods of blooming rhododendron. The trail then takes us along the left bank of Rolwaling River to meet another tributary river that originates from Gaurishankar Mountain. We will take the raised path and walk through plain land to reach Sherpa Village of Beding that exists nearby river.

Day 08: Trek to Na Gaon (4180m):
Trekking on 8th day begins from the northern edge of Rolwaling River that passes through village of Beding. We will enjoy the scenic views of Chekigo, Bamango and other peaks that are over 6000m height and continue our journey towards Nagaon. Enroute, we will walk past Monastery of Buddhist Master Padma Sambhava and arrive at Na Gaon.

Day 09: Acclimatization at Na Gaon:
There will be notorious increase in elevation after Na Gaon. So, this day is dedicated to synchronize our bodily functions to the increasing altitude. We will take short tour of Na Gaon and observe their culture, traditions and ways of living and stay overnight at Na Gaon.

Day 10: Trek to Tso Rolpa Lake (4588m):
An hour of trek through the straight trail is followed by the sharp ascent which will lead us to the enchanting Himalayan Lake formed by water from glaciers. We will enjoy the views of Menglung and some Tibetan Mountains and then cross the river and continue our walk through moraines to arrive at Tso Rolpa.

Day 11: Trek to Trakarding Glacier (5200m):
It is going to be the challenging day as we will walk throughout the day along the trail that proceeds through glaciers. The path will be made slippery with snow. So, extra caution is required while walking. We will walk through glaciers, rocks and moraines to Trakarding glacier.

Day 12: Trek to Tashi Lapcha Base Camp (5010m):
It is once again going to be difficult trekking. The trail rises upward through glaciers and rocks to Drolambau Glacier. Acknowledging the beauty of several snow- clad mountains, we will descend to the foothill of Tashi Lapcha Hill where we will set the base camp and stay overnight. We will enjoy enchanting views of several peaks over 6000m height.

Day 13: Cross Tasi Lapcha Pass (5755m) and descend to Thyongbo Kharka (4230m):
We will follow the difficult trail all the way to Tasi Lapcha Pass. We will dedicate some of our time to admire the beauties of snow- clad Khumbu peaks and then lower down to Thyongbo Kharka where we will stay overnight.

Day 14: Trek to Thame (3820m):
This is relatively easy day of trekking. We will have gradual descent to beautiful village of Thame. While at Thame, we will pay our respect to the ancient monastery that is located at the upper end of Thame. We will enjoy the gratifying views of Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse and other peaks.

Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m):
Short descent will take us to Dudh Koshi River. Crossing the river over bridge, we will arrive at Phuki Tenga. The trail then passes through few local settlements and tea houses to Sanasa. The trail stretches further to Namche Bazaar where we will stay overnight.

Day 16: Trek to Lukla (2840m):
The trek continues further downhill as we reach Lukla after almost seven hours of trek. We will be staying in Lukla for the rest of the day and prepare ourselves to board a flight back to Kathmandu the next day.

Day 17: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu:
It takes 30minutes of scenic flight to take us back to Kathmandu. Once we arrive at the airport, we will drive through the busy streets of Kathmandu to reach to the hotel where we will stay overnight.

Day 18: Departure:
Our staff will assist in your last moment preparation. You will then be taken back to Tribhuvan International Airport. You will then board a flight which will take you to your next destination. We would like to see you again soon in future. Safe Journey!!!
